Hello y’all and Happy Friday 🙂
Finally, it’s Friday, last day of work, hours away from the binging, and partying and sleeping I was mentioning in the First Shatzi of this week! Did you stick around on JGC.COM since Monday? If that’s the case, thank you and congratulations, you clearly have superior taste in culture and blogs. A geek after my heart.
Since we have already suffered through a week of plebeian work, I suppose I should be telling you that it’s ok to spend your day longing for the delicious escape that the Five to your Nine is. Except that it is not quite what I do on Fridays.
I don’t know what it is about this day, I just feel that great surge of energy and an insufferable need to do something productive. I know, it’s horrible, but I used to be a procrastinator, so I guess a part of me always panics knowing that most of the useful stores will be close on the weekend and I might not be able to get my favorite brand of cereals or chill out at my favorite library.
Then again, maybe I just consider Friday to be such a joyful day that I feel I can try something new and be creative. Friday just make me feel like a giant talking and walking lucky charm… for myself, obviously.
Since I’m clearly in the mood, today’s Shatzi will be about creativity. There is always room in your life for self-improvement, trust me.
