Wanderlust Bucket List 101 – Daily Shatzi: Friday Theme

Hello Everyone and Happy Friday 🙂

I’m so glad it’s finally Friday! I’ve been waiting for today since… well Monday.

Those who follow JGC.COM knows that I’m a wanderlust addict. I want to travel. I want to visit countries, I want to meet new people, I want to experiment new cultures, I want to go far, lose myself in a brand new and foreign city, feel the contemporaneity or wilderness of it and grow as a person by opening myself to difference.

Difference is tolerance, tolerance is beauty, beauty is everyone.

I’m hopefully going to be able to take some vacation time soon, and I have yet to decide where I want to go. I’ve figured that today, I could be sharing with you all my bucket list of countries I will do my darn best to visit, at least once in my life. I’m hoping you will share one country, state or even continent you want to wander into.

Here is it!

Where I will indubitably go (God willing):

  • Canada
  • Belgium
  • Luxembourg
  • Netherlands
  • Germany
  • Senegal
  • USA

Where I really want to visit:

  • United Arab Emirates
  • Iceland
  • Italy
  • Spain
  • Portugal
  • Ireland
  • Poland
  • Greece
  • South Africa
  • Australia
  • Indonesia
  • Brazil
  • Chile
  • Egypt
  • New Zealand

Where I want to go back (Still God willing):

  • United Kingdom
  • Israel
  • Palestine

There it is. Good enough right? So, what is your wanderlust bucket list?

Happy Shatzi!

  1. Fantac- I also love to travel but haven’t done much of it recently. If you have never been to Vancouver, BC in Canada, I recommend Grand Island. Very artsy, friendly vibe. In th states, I think you would enjoy San Francisco & Los Angeles. I have always wanted to visit Ireland, UK, Italy, and Portugal. I also hear Istanbul is beautiful. Good luck with your globe trotting. I am sure you will give details in your marvelous Shatzis. Happy Weekend, Friend!

    1. Grand Island? I never thought of it, I think that a great idea. “USA” is a big word. I definitely want to hit those cities once I’m there and I have friends who loved Istanbul when they went there, so I can only hope you will have the chance to do this trip as well! ^^

      1. Exactly! That is what attracts me to it too! When I traveled to Tel Aviv, I was shocked and delighted because it is a mix of San Francisco and Johannesburg, cosmopolite but definitely a vibe of Hebrew and Arabic tradition, culture, and ambiance. It was beautiful, I love places like that and I really wish to discover Dubai!

  2. However you travel and whatever you do when you travel, it is inevitable that you will grow from traveling. Don’t look at why you can’t travel now or soonest. Rather find reasons to go. If you really look at our lifestyles, you’ll find things we spend money on many things that we could have missed and allocate the funds to travel instead. You have a fantastic list. All the best. And don’t be scared of South Africa. 😊💖

      1. I sometimes want to smack myself for spending on material things rather than experiences to remember forever. 🙂
Thank you so much for letting me know. It means a lot. I’m happy. Thank you. 🙂

  3. wow this is some list. I am inspired to write a post about my wanderlust now. hehe I really love traveling but due to my health, I am totally dependent on others to take me somewhere and keep me safe. lol I really wish you all the best and have tons of fun darling, there is nothing as daring and fun as travelling. I want to visit Luxemburg for sure. Others? I’ll also have to think, priorities and make a list. 😀
