Hello y’all and Happy Saturday :)

As you know, I’m of the firm opinion that we all should do some physical activity on Saturdays. You can always lie around in bed all day tomorrow.

To me, Saturday always felt like a good day to evacuate all the frustrations accumulated during the week and as I explained in my last Saturday Shatzi, I like to work out on those days.

If you are allergic to running, like most of my entourage seems to be, you can always dance. Contrary to what most of Pop culture and TV shows are trying to tell you, you can never actually go wrong with dancing, even if you’re terrible at it, even if you’re ridiculous. It’s not about what you look like, it’s about how you feel.

I love people who dance alone, in the secret of their home or while waiting for the bus to show up. There is something very sexy about dancing alone, while listening to your music, lost in your own happy world… it might be all the confidence, or the fact that those people obviously don’t care about what others might think of them.

That’s attractive as hell and so rare this days, unfortunately.

If you are lucky to have in your life someone as crazy and socially awkward as you are, then grab him or her and dance together. Part of being happy with yourself is feeling every bit of yourself. I’m going to dance today. What about you?
