Hello Everyone and Happy Sunday 🙂

Ah, Sunday! Beautiful, calming and cozy Sunday! I think I speak for most of us when I say “It’s about time you got here!”

As you know, I consider Sunday to be a “Me, Myself and I” time. Hanging out by myself at home, reading everything that tickle my fancy, consuming an unhealthy amount of hot chocolate, catching up on my favorite TV Shows, and listening to great self-made playlists on 8tracks… well this is heaven.

Surrounding yourself with everything that makes you happy is a wonderful thing to do on Sundays or any day really, but sometimes I also love to just… disconnect from everything. No internet, no phone, no TV and no music.

It’s in those silent and peaceful times that my imagination go overdrive. I don’t quite understand why people are scared or embarrassed by silence. When there is no sound, I dream.

I constantly dream even if I’m not sleeping. Especially if I’m not sleeping. I imagine, I hope, I want, and then, I do.

I work. I accomplish.  We all do that.

Some people consider that spending too much time alone, lost in your own thoughts and with absolutely no distraction from them, is negative for your mental health. I think it depends on the person. I love to get lost in my own head because I work hard for it to be a lovely place to get lost into.

I love putting the world on pause and just imagine things. I ponder on what I want to do next, where I want to go next, what I want to accomplish in the coming  week or the coming year, and more importantly, I reflect on how far I already come.

What we dare to imagine, what we dare to do… This is what dreams are made of. Us and nothing else.

So, if you feel like traveling inside yourself and dreaming your next success, I’m with you all the way and wish you a happy trip.
